In the year 2000 Christie Claypoole, Ginny Howell, Barbara Widdoes, and Katie Williams took the “Red Eye Special” to San Diego. After returning they called together what was to become hundreds of women praying for the upcoming “Just Give Me Jesus-2002” where 15,000 women would come together wanting more of Jesus.
Revival’s Cry is a ministry arising from “Just Give Me Jesus” to call woman into an intimate relationship with Jesus through the word, prayer, and worship. Praying for the Lord to send revival to His Church continues to be our cry.
The leadership structure for Revival’s Cry is a governing board made up of Christie Claypoole, Ginny Howell, and Barbara Widdoes, and an Advisory Board that is made up of those who oversee prayer tables at Revival’s Cry on Friday mornings. Pastor Joe Propri, the Director of Biblical Counseling Institute, is the Revival’s Cry Pastoral Advisor. |
